Have you ever seen such adorable crocheted baby Converse booties?  These were given to me as a gift by a special someone and are just waiting for baby to arrive!

Came across a PINN Shop exhibition the other day - apparently people can and do knit and crochet covers for just about anything!  Pinn shop does have some of the best crafting supplies in Chiang Mai, especially when it comes to yarn selection.  This shop is located on Arak road and there is another branch at the Airport Plaza shopping center.

I got half a liter of frozen lingonberrys from my grandmother the other day and I just couldn't resist making Klappgröt. Klappgröt is a Finnish dessert made of lingonberrys, sugar, semolina and loads of whisking. It almost gets a bit like a mousse in consistency (after about 20 minutes with an electric mixer) and have sweet but with just a hint of bitter taste. I just love it with a bit of milk, it really reminds me of my childhood and is well worth all that whisking! Let me know if anyone is interested in the recipe!

I fell in love with these adorable cookie tins when S&P brought them out last Christmas and in typical squirrel fashion I have been collecting them ever since!
