When I was little I used to collect Swedish "bokmärken" - I still have some of my old collection that I can't bear to part with.  These angels are some of my favourites!

I got half a liter of frozen lingonberrys from my grandmother the other day and I just couldn't resist making Klappgröt. Klappgröt is a Finnish dessert made of lingonberrys, sugar, semolina and loads of whisking. It almost gets a bit like a mousse in consistency (after about 20 minutes with an electric mixer) and have sweet but with just a hint of bitter taste. I just love it with a bit of milk, it really reminds me of my childhood and is well worth all that whisking! Let me know if anyone is interested in the recipe!
