I have just re-discovered ginger tea!  This is Japanese Green Tea with dried lemongrass and pandan leaf and fresh ginger, but I have found that you can add fresh ginger to almost any kind of green tea and it will be delicious.  Perfect as an evening tea when you want to wind down.
