If you find yourself in Chiang Mai during early December and love shopping for cute, locally hand-crafted things, don't miss the Nimmanhaemin Arts and Crafts Fair (NAP) which is held on Nimmanhaemin Soi 1.  This year it is held between 5-10 December and these are the adorable things I found when I browsed the stalls last night.

A lot of my favourite jewelry comes from Adrien Schnee's shop on Thapae Road.  These lovely pendants and earrings are made from ancient pieces of china with sterling silver settings.  They go with almost anything and I love how unique each piece is. 

The shop has no signs, but is located close to Thapae Gate on the same side as Starbucks and a couple shops away from the Red Ruby Tailor.  It's the perfect place to shop for gifts, either for a friend or for yourself.  As for me, I'm keeping my eyes open for a nice ring!
