I have made some marmalade from gooseberries! On our way back home from the summer house we saw a sign by the road saying that you could buy plants and fruits, we just had to stop and there was the cutest old couple ever! The used to have a flower shop and now they just had to much plants. They also had a large garden with all sorts of berries and sold some of their surplus. I bought some gooseberries and they selected a perennial that they thought would suit me! I wanted to stay there with the sweet old couple and just hang around their garden for a while!
Now it is a sweet memory that I will keep and the gooseberries magically turned in to marmalade with vanilla. So yummy!
