Squirreling about - far far away

Hello Malmö!
I took the train to visit some dear friends in the south of Sweden the other day. Malmö is a really nice city but very, very cold this time a year. This is a perfect excuse to make a visit to the lovely Form/Design Center for two of my favourite things - design and coffee! They have both really interesting design exhibitions as well as  a really good design shop.

Stockholm Furniture Fair 2012

Today I visited Stockholm Furniture Fair. I really love design and furniture and I try to go every year.  This year I was on the lookout for colour!  I think this is because of the darkness and snow that is surrounding us right now here in Stockholm. Over all it was a lot of wooden furniture, but this is Scandinavia after all! I also really enjoyed the wood mixed with colour or other materials such as metal and cork, that was seen in quite  a few places.  Here are some of my favourites! Enjoy!

There's always something happening in or around Chiang Mai - the other day I visited an exhibition called 'Brilliantly Tai Shan: Trends for Contemporary Taste'.  Plenty of inspiration for interior decorating if only I had a place to decorate!
