Although celebrating Christmas in Thailand never quite produces the same atmosphere as a white Christmas in Sweden, I still enjoy decorating the house in preparation for the festive season!  And I just love these copper Bo leaves, they add the perfect touch of Asian-style bling :)

Swung by Thapae Gate on my way home from work today and saw that preparations for Something Big is going on!  Not sure if it is for Christmas or New Year, but whatever it is obviously requires about a million cd's, a crane and a castle...promises to be interesting! ;)

Today is HM The King of Thailand's 84th Birthday and the whole country is celebrating!  This is what the area around 3 Kings Monument looked like earlier today as I swung by on my way home from work.
